An internship is a great opportunity to gain work experience and working in a new environment enhances those professional skills with attributes of adaptability and self-reliance. Global Experiences’ programs provide the opportunity for participants to have the overseas adventure they want while simultaneously getting the experience they need. It’s the best of both worlds!

Global Experiences offers internship programs lasting between 8 and 15 weeks in nearly every career field imaginable. Along with a full-time internship, interns are provided with central accommodation, cultural events and day trips, professional networking events, and on the ground support.

Every detail of our programs is carefully selected based on our years of experience and knowledge of our host locations. An internship should be hands-on, challenging, and eye-opening, right? And living abroad should be exhilarating and fun! We get that. Couple our carefully curated programming with our award winning professional career coaching, and you have an international internship program unlike any other.

Global Experiences internship in Washington, DC

Washington, DC is known around the world as the nation's capital, but few understand the District's reputation as a media, nonprofit, and communications center for the US as well. This burgeoning reputation, as well as DC's status as America's center of government make it a perfect choice as a location for valuable summer internships for college students and recent graduates.

Internships in DC allow for real-world experience that can't be matched. An internship in the nation's capital allows interns the chance to see world-renowned architecture, experience a cultural scene that is one of the world's best, and meet people from around the world. A Global Experiences internship in Washington, DC can help provide candidates with specialized work experience in one of the greatest cities in America and the world.

Global Experiences provides specialized international internship experience to candidates interested in politics, nonprofit management, marketing, law and a number of other fields for recent graduates and university students from around the world.

Washington, DC is just one of Global Experiences' popular summer locations, helping students gain incredibly relevant experience each and every summer. The rooms are fully furnished, and interns will have access to a shared kitchen on each floor with kitchen utensils and commodities available.
